4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from PerlaTone. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items and final sale products are non-refundable unless defective.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
